Stakes winner Roaring Fever will enter stud at Michael and Debra Lischin's Metropolitan Stud near Pine Plains, N.Y., where he will stand for a syndicate under the management of Questroyal Stud for a fee of $5,000. Roaring Fever's breeder/owner Edward P. Evans will retain an interest.A son of Storm Cat and one of three stakes winners from the graded stakes-placed Seattle Slew mare Pennant Fever, Roaring Fever won the 2004 Alysheba Stakes at Meadowlands and placed in this year's William Donald Schaefer (gr. III) and Salvator Mile (gr. III) Handicaps. His earlier stakes-placings came in runner-up efforts in the Cowdin (gr. III) and Paterson Stakes.
