CTBA to Auction Top Stallion Breedings

Breedings to top California stallions
Cee's Tizzy and
In Excess are among those available in the annual California Thoroughbred Breeders Association "Stallion Season Auction," to be held Nov. 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit the CTBA's political action committee, which works to support of this year's legislative relief for the California breeding industry.
Included in the available seasons are leading first-crop sire Old Topper, relocated sire
Souvenir Copy and debuting sires Cat Dreams, Islander, Jackpot, Joey Franco and Momentum.
Among other stallion seasons up for auction are Helmsman, Smokester,
Storm Creek, Swiss Yodeler and
Valid Wager. The latest additions are Decarchy,
Lit de Justice and
Truckee.
Additional stallion seasons may be added. All seasons are no guarantee.
An auction mail-in bid sheet is available at http://www.ctba.com/ads/stallioauctn04.pdf.
Deadline for mail-in bids is Nov. 23. Bids can be faxed two hours prior to the start of the auction or phoned in during the auction.
