Even the Score to Stand at Millennium Farms

Even the Score, a graded stakes winning son of
Unbridled's Song , has been retired and will stand in 2005 at Ro Parra's Millennium Farms near Lexington.
His fee will be $8,500.
Out of the
Rahy mare Ashtabula, Even the Score won nine of 29 starts and earned $751,629. His two biggest wins both came this year in grade II stakes at Hollywood Park, in the Mervy LeRoy Handicap and Californian Stakes.
He began his career for owner Thomas Vanderhyde and trainer Dallas Stewart. He was purchased by Parra and made his last four starts for him, including the grade II stakes wins, and trainer Vladamir Cerin.
Even the Score was preparing for the Pacific Classic (gr. I) when foot problems caused him to miss the race. His last start was July 10, when he finished third in the Hollywood Gold Cup (gr. I).
