Flaxman Holdings' homebred Six Perfections had her final workout at Lone Star Park Friday in preparation for Saturday's NetJets Breeders' Cup Mile (gr. IT), which she won last year.

The workout was timed in :43 for three-eighths of a mile, but trainer Pascal Bary said the exercise regimen for the daughter of Celtic Swing was more a strong gallop than an actual workout. Under Texas Racing Commission rules, horses must have raced or had a published workout within 45 days of a race. Six Perfections last raced Aug. 15 when she finished second in the Pix du Haras de Fresnay-Le-Buffard Le Marois (Fr-I). Recorded workouts are not customary in Europe, where the filly's stable is based.

"It was just a nice little blowout for her today," Bary said. "I think the turf track has good enough cushion and the turns are fairly cambered."

Six Perfections has won six of 13 career starts and earned $1,626,379. She is winless in three starts since her Mile victory last year.
