Keeneland Attendance, Wagering Post Large Gains

The opening weekend of Keeneland's fall meet, dubbed the "Fallstars Weekend" by the Lexington, Ky. track, posted huge gains in attendance and handle over the corresponding weekend last year.
On track attendance jumped from 46, 072 to 60,825 for the three days -- a 32% hike, while on-track handle increased to $6,875,371 from $5,499,084, a gain of 25%.
