A farm in Greenwich, Conn., most recently owned by the late Henryk de Kwiatkowski, has been sold for a record price for the area.
The transaction for the property located at 25 Lower Cross Road closed Aug. 25. The 80-acre farm was purchased by LP Holdings for $45 million.
De Kwiatkowski, who owned Calumet Farm, died last March. Calumet, located near Lexington, is owned by de Kwiatkowski's heirs and is being run by a group of trustees.
