Bob and Beverly Lewis' Unbridled Time, winless since taking his first two career starts last spring, returns to competition Saturday in Santa Anita's San Miguel Stakes. The son of Unbridled's Song, who cost $1.15 million as a yearling, will carry top weight of 121 pounds and Chris McCarron in the six-furlong San Miguel. Trained by Hall of Famer D. Wayne Lukas, Unbridled Time broke his maiden by 3 1/2 lengths at Keeneland before winning Churchill Downs' WHAS Stakes. He has since finished third in the Kentucky Breeders' Cup and was unplaced in the Futurity at Belmont, Lane's End Breeders' Futurity, Iroquois, and Kentucky Jockey Club.
Also entered in the San Miguel are Bills Paid, Our Shining Hour, Lasersport, Early Flyer, Chicago Joe, and Da Breeze.
