Stroll to Roll in Belmont BC Stroll, will face stiff competition from post 3, where Senor Swinger will be making his first start at Belmont for owners Robert and Beverly Lewis. Trained by Bob Baffert and bred by Bob Ackerman in Kentucky, Senor Swinger finished seventh in the Aug. 14 Arlington Million (gr. IT), after winning the June 27 Arlington Handicap (gr. IIIT), both at 1 1/4 miles. "He came straight here from the Arlington Million," said Tonja Terranova, who oversees Baffert's horses in New York. "He's a very nice horse. In California, Fairplex is running now, so there was really nothing out there for him." Fairplex Park has a five-eighths mile dirt oval with no turf course.Jockey Edgar Prado will ride Senor Swinger for the first time since January of last year. The colt will carry 117 pounds.Hotstufanthensome, B.A. Way, and Gulf Approval will round out the field of 3-year-olds and up.
