Plans for the stallion's stud career have not been determined…Colonial Downs has entered into an agreement with CD Entertainment Ltd., an affiliate of Colonial chairman and CEO Jeffrey P. Jacobs, to refinance a $15-million loan the company had with PNC Bank. The PNC loan is scheduled to come due June 30. As a result of the restructuring, the former PNC debt and the company's existing $8.2 million due to affiliates of Jacobs will be consolidated into one $23.2 million loan that is due in five years. The company said the loan will be payable in amounts of $1-million each on June 30, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004, with the remainder due June 30, 2005.
