OTB Locations Closed Wednesday in Louisiana as Ivan Approaches

Because of anticipated inclement weather conditions as a result of Hurricane Ivan, all Finish Line off-track betting locations in southeast Louisiana will be closed Wednesday.
Finish Line locations were already scheduled to be closed for simulcasting Tuesday. Rockin' Horse Game Rooms inside the Finish Line were going to open as scheduled Tuesday, but an earlier closing was anticipated.
Fair Grounds account customers can wager through the Fair Grounds Phone Bet automated system and FGNetBet.com. Limited coverage will be available on Fair Grounds Racing Network (Cox Communications channel 75, Charter Communications channel 74).
As conditions permit, plans call for some locations to re-open Thursday afternoon.
