TVG Offers Exclusive Keeneland Sale Coverage

TV Games Network will offer exclusive live coverage of the Keeneland September yearling sale Sept. 13-15, with reports from the Keeneland sale pavilion beginning each day at 1 p.m. (EDT) and continuing until 7 p.m.

Coverage is presented by Lane's End Farm near Versailles, Ky.

The "Keeneland Sales Reports" will feature Jill Byrne and Jeff Lifson live from Keeneland. Byrne and Lifson will provide up-to-the-minute sales information and conduct interviews. They will be joined by Keeneland director of racing Rogers Beasley, who will provide additional expert commentary. Beasley was director of sales for more than 20 years at Keeneland.

Scheduled for Sept. 13-16 and 18-27, the sale has catalogued a record 4,891 horses. A year ago at the sale, 2,969 horses sold for $274,125,300, the second-highest gross in the history of the sale.
