Reba's Gold Retired, to Stand at Creston

Graded stakes winner Reba's Gold has been retired and will stand the 2005 breeding season at owner Alex Trebek's Creston Farms at a fee to be determined.

The 7-year-old son of Slew O'Gold won the Seabiscuit Handicap (gr. III) and the listed Steinlen and Ralph M. Hinds handicaps. He finished with eight wins in 37 starts and earnings of $717,442.

Reba's Gold suffered a muscle injury while finishing fourth in the San Diego Handicap (gr. II) on Aug. 1 at Del Mar.
