Weather Halts Racing at Finger Lakes

Live racing was cancelled Monday at Finger Lakes racetrack in Farmington, N. Y. due to weather conditions in the area over the past couple of days, according to a release from the track.

The track, which also cancelled the last race on Sunday's card, cited the inability of track personnel to maintain the racing surface as a result of the weather conditions, which included heavy rain, in the area.

The track announced plans to resume live racing Tuesday.
