Stakes-placed Legal Jousting will enter stud for a partnership at Hillside Thoroughbreds near Wellandport, Ontario, Canada. A half-brother to English group II winner Irresistible Jewel and Irish stakes winner Diamond Trim, the 7-year-old Irish-bred son of Indian Ridge was group-placed in Ireland and third in the Fort Marcy Handicap (gr. IIIT) in New York. He retired with 10 wins and placings from 20 starts and earnings of $99,948.
Legal Jousting, who was produced from the Sadler's Wells mare In Anticipation, will stand for $1,500 live foal. His second dam is grade I winner Aptostar.
