Talk Is Money's Fee Rises to $10,000

Talk Is Money, whose first-crop yearling at the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky summer sale commanded $120,000, will undergo a rise in fee from $5,000 to $10,000 in 2005 at Millennium Farms Kentucky near Lexington.A 6-year-old son of Deputy Minister out of the Gone West mare Isle Go West, Talk Is Money was a stakes winner and graded stakes-placed. His first weanlings averaged $66,500 last year, some 13 times his $5,000 fee.
