Royal Anthem's First Winner

Royal Anthem, a grade/group I winner, came up with his first winner when his Irish-bred son Sin Verguenza won Aug. 3 in Naples in Italy. Bred by Glending Bloodstock, the colt scored at a mile.

Royal Anthem's group I win came in the Juddmonte International Stakes and his grade I victory in the Gulfstream Park Breeders' Cup Handicap. By Theatrical out of the Ack Ack mare In Neon, Royal Anthem stands at Rick Trontz' Hopewell Farm near Midway, Ky. His 2004 fee was $10,000.
