Richly Blended, a 6-year-old son of Rizzi, will relocate to Matt and Barbara Butterworth's West 12 Ranch near Lodi, Calif. for the 2005 breeding season. The two-time grade III winner stood last year at Special T Thoroughbreds near Temecula, Calif. His stud fee will remain at $4,000.

Richly Blended is syndicated and is managed by BnD Chase Thoroughbreds.

Out of the Valid Appeal mare Valid Blend, Richly Blended won four of six starts as a 3-year-old in 2001, including scores in the Gotham and Withers Stakes (gr. III). In the Gotham, he defeated eventual graded stakes winners Mr. John and Scorpion. He won the Withers by 4 1/4 lengths.

Richly Blended entered stud in 2003 with his first foals arriving this year.
