Millionaire Richter Scale was represented by his first two winners July 4, and one of them was a stakes winner. At Woodbine, his daughter Quite a Ruckus captured the $142,125 My Dear Stakes in her first start. A homebred for Richard and Nancy Kaster, she won the five furlong race by four lengths in :58.12.

The Kasters also campaign Richter Scale's other winner, Lady Dynasty. The homebred filly won at six furlongs in 1:11.32 in her second start.

A grade I winner, Richter Scale (Habitony--Devine Pet, by Bel Bolide) stands at Richard Kaster and Nathan Fox' Wafare Farm near Midway, Ky.

His 2004 fee was $10,000.
