Trainer Marcelo Polanco said that Island Fashion, a multiple grade I stakes winner, would make her next start in the $1.6-million Yasuda Kinen Stakes (Jap-I) at one mile on turf in Tokyo on June 6.

"She will leave on May 26," said Polanco. Kent Desormeaux has the call.

The 4-year-old filly has won five of 13 starts, including the Santa Monica Handicap (gr. I) in January, and earned $1,487,970 for Everest Stables. She captured both the La Brea (gr. I) and the Alabama (gr. I) at Saratoga in 2003.
