Barretts Sale Includes Hirsch, Sweeney Dispersals

The complete dispersal of Ron Gomez, the estate of Clement L. Hirsch, the estate of Brian Sweeney as well as Robb Evans, receiver for TLC America, et. al. highlight the 2001 Barretts January Mixed Sale on Jan. 22-23 in the Hinds Pavilion located on the grounds of Fairplex Park in Pomona, California.
Included among the 532 horses cataloged are broodmares in foal to such stallions as Alphabet Soup, Avenue of Flags, Bartok, Bertrando, Captain Bodgit, Cee's Tizzy, Distinctive Cat, Event of the Year, Fabulous Champ, Free House, General Meeting, Honor Grades, In Excess, Loup Savage, Memo, Olympio, Roar, Siphon, Smokester, Swiss Yodeler, Wekiva Springs and You and I.
The 92 horses of racing age are headed by a group of 34 horses to be sold as part of the TLC America sale. The catalog also includes 131 yearlings and 74 two-year-olds of 2001 by such sires as Anziyan, Bertrando, Cee's Tizzy, Devil's Bag, Distinctive Cat, Fabulous Champ, General Meeting, Green Dancer, Hennessy, Honour and Glory, In Excess, Memo, Olympio, Proud Irish, Regal Classic, Silver Buck, Sir Cat, Smokester, Swiss Yodeler and West by West.
