Dr. Best to Running R in Louisiana

Stakes winner Dr. Best has been acquired by Robin Redding's Running R Ranch for stallion duty at the Opelousas, La., farm. A 10-year-old son of Waquoit, Dr. Best won or placed in five stakes and earned $173,622.
Dr. Best is a half-brother to stakes winner Dr. Banting, and is out of German stakes winner Opalin (by Lord Udo). Formerly at Green Willow Farms in Maryland, he stands for a private fee.
