Grade I Winner More Than Ready's First Winner

Grade I winner and millionaire More Than Ready   was represented by his first winner when his initial starter, the filly Ready to Live, won a maiden special race April 21 at Lone Star Park. Ready to Live, who was produced from the Crafty Prospector mare Viva La Viva, ran the 4 1/2 furlongs in :52.85. Bred by Carl Icahn's Foxfield, she races for Dr. Tom Simon's Vinery Stables.

More Than Ready (Southern Halo--Woodman's Girl by Woodman) scored his big win in the King's Bishop Stakes (gr. I) at Saratoga, He stands for $15,000 at Vinery near Lexington.
