Sandra D. Clark, a bloodstock agent who owned Glen Echo Farm near Cynthiana, Ky., died April 20 of pancreatic and liver cancer. Clark, 64, was dianosed with the ailments two weeks earlier.

Clark, who worked for a time for Cromwell Bloodstock Agency in Lexington, participated at the major Central Kentucky auctions. A successful breeder, she bred 11 stakes winners alone and in partnership. One of them, Hazen Point, she raced. She also bred the dam of grade I winner Try Something New.

Clark grew up on the East Coast and in California and graduated from Pomona College. She came to Lexington in 1963.

Her survivors include a sister, Dr. Jan Tucker. A memorial will be held the evening of April 27 at the Thoroughbred Club, 3555 Rice Road in Lexington. Contributions may be made to Ducks Unlimited or the Thoroughbred Retirement Fund.
