The second phase of the dispersal of the late Marshall Naify's 505 Farms will be conducted by the Washington Thoroughbred Breeders Association. With Narvick International acting as agent, the Washington phase of the 505 Farms dispersal will consist of 52 horses: 36 horses of racing age; 11 broodmares, most with foals at side and bred back plus seven yearlings.

The sale will be held in conjunction with the WTBA's summer yearling sale on Sept. 5. The 505 dispersal will kick off the sale and will be immediately followed by the yearlings auction. Among the stakes winners or stakes-placed horses that will be sold on behalf of 505 Farms are Blue Indigo, Chelan, Fair Apache and Get Smart.

Barrett's Equine Ltd. will conduct the first phase of the 505 dispersal on July 22. (More, WTBA)
