Turfway Cancels Live Racing Again

The debut of Turfway Park's unique pick four wager will be delayed at least another day as the northern Kentucky track canceled racing for the second consecutive night Thursday. The $1 wager was expected to be unveiled Wednesady, but racing was canceled due to a winter storm that moved through the Midwest. Turfway will try to resume live racing Friday, with a 7:00 p.m. (EST) post time for the first race.

Racing at Hawthorne Race Course was also canceled Wednesday due to weather conditions that included snow and freezing rain. Live racing was scheduled to return to Hawthorne on Thursday, depending on the weather.
