is Dec. 31. The nomination fee is $250 for weanling foals of 2000 and $600 for yearlings of 2000 who were not previously nominated during their weanling year. While weanlings and yearlings can be nominated for life, stallions must be nominated annually prior to each breeding season for the foals conceived during that season to be eligible for the Maryland Million.
