Not surprisingly, juvenile filly champion Halfbridled and undefeated Madcap Escapade, who meet in Saturday's $500,000 Ashland (gr. I) at Keeneland, dominated the first day of wagering in the third and final pool for the Kentucky Oaks.

Halfbridled is the slight choice at 9-2, with Madcap Escapade sitting at 5-1. The field is 7-1, with Silent Sighs, who defeated the previously unbeaten Halfbridled in the Santa Anita Oaks (gr. I), and A.P. Adventure both at 11-1.
