Stevens Departs for Dubai Sunday

Jockey Gary Stevens leaves Sunday for Dubai, where he rides Strub Stakes (gr. II) winner Domestic Dispute for Paddy Gallagher in the $6 million World Cup (UAE-I) on March 27.

Stevens will also be aboard From the Sky in the $2 million UAE Derby (UAE-II) for Neil Drysdale, Sarafan for Drysdale in the $1 million Godolphin Mile (UAE-II) and Polish Summer for Andre Fabre in the $1 million Sheema Classic (UAE-I).

After that, Stevens will be off to France, where he will be contract rider for Fabre during the 2004 European season.
