Hussonet, a leading son of Mr. Prospector who is standing his first North American season at Tom Simon's Vinery near Lexington, has joined the elite club of stallions that have sired more than 50 stakes winners. Stakes winner No. 51 came with this year's triumph by Holland in Chile.

Hussonet, who was produced from the champion Raja Baba mare Sacahuista, stands at Vinery under a lease arrangement with John Messara's Arrowfield Stud. Located in Australia, Arrowfield purchased Hussonet outright from his Chilean owners last year.

The 13-year-old stallion will return to Arrowfield for the Southern Hemisphere season. His Vinery fee is $20,000.
