NBC Racing Coverage Nabs Two Emmy Nominations

NBC's live coverage of the Visa Triple Crown has been nominated for two Sports Emmy Awards, it was announced March 5. Its 2003 Preakness telecast from Pimlico in Baltimore was nominated in the Outstanding Live Sports Special category, while the network's 2003 Kentucky Derby Tease "There's Only One" was tabbed in the category of Outstanding Open/Tease.
The 25th Annual Sports Emmy Awards will be presented April 19 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City
