Services Set March 8 for John Russell

Memorial services for trainer John Russell are scheduled for March 8 at noon at Church of the Ascension on Laurel St. in Sierra Madre, Calif.Russell, 67, who conditioned champions Susan's Girl and Track Robbery, died following a long fight with stomach cancer Feb. 25.
