Stewards suspended jockey Norberto Arroyo, Jr., for 10 days Thursday for careless riding aboard Pretty Boundary in Aqueduct's fourth race on Nov. 29.
Pretty Boundary was disqualified from second place and placed fifth in the field of eleven for causing interference in deep stretch.
Arroyo, who recently lost his apprentice "bug," appealed the suspension and a stay was granted.
Prior to Thursday's racing, Arroyo's 171 wins on the year lead all New York jockeys. Edgar Prado, with 165 wins, ranks second.
