The Bob Baffert stable has accumulated purses of $11,258,315, making him the leader over Bobby Frankel by a wide margin in the trainers' standings for 2000. According to Equibase, Baffert has been represented by 136 winners, 21.5% of 633 horses, compared with the 88 winners (26.3%) from 335 starters for Frankel, whose stable has earned $10,428,686. Not far behind Frankel in third-place is D. Wayne Lukas, who has been successful with 15.1% of his 754 starters for earnings of $10,199,857.
