High-Rise, an English champion 3-year-old the year of his 1998 Vodafone Epsom Derby (Eng-I) score, has arrived at Paddy Byrne's Park House Stud near Tullow in County Carlow, Ireland. The Irish-bred son of High Estate raced until 2000 and stood the last three seasons in Japan.

Nine-year-old High-Rise, who was produced from the High Line mare High Tern, won five of 13 starts and earned $1,871,726. He raced once in Japan, finishing third in the Japan Cup (Jpn-I).

"Being free of Northern Dancer blood, he should be an ideal cross for mares from that line, Sadler's Wells in particular." Byrne said.
