Millionaire Dollar Bill, owned by Gary and Mary West Stables, will miss the breeding season at William Schettine's Signature Stallions near Ocala, Fla. The 6-year-old son of Peaks and Valleys has not recovered sufficiently from an injury to his right front fetlock that forced his retirement from racing last May. Dollar Bill later developed laminitis in his left front foot. Dr. Larry Bramlage, who performed the fetlock surgery, recommended that Dollar Bill skip the breeding season, which would have been his first.

Dollar Bill, who was produced from the Saratoga Six mare Saratoga Dame, won or placed in 11 stakes and earned $1,225,546 for the Wests.
