Balakheri, an English group II winner as a homebred for the Aga Khan, will enter stud at Liam and Gary Norris' Woodfield Farm Stud near Glendalligan in County Waterford in Ireland. The 5-year-old Irish-bred son of Theatrical was purchased privately from the Aga Khan for a six-figure sum.

Balakheri won three of a dozen races and earned $207,484. He captured the 2002 King Edward VII Stakes (Eng-II) and ran third in that year's Convergent Dante Stakes (Eng-II) and was group II-placed in France the following year. His dam, Balanka (by Alzao), was a stakes winner and group II-placed in France.
