Mizzen Mast's First Foal

The first reported foal by grade I Mizzen Mast was born Jan. 12 at Suzi Shoemaker's Lantern Hill Farm near Midway, Ky. Bred by Lantern Hill, the newborn colt was produced from the Bluebird mare Lever To Heaven and is from the female family of international champion Miesque and the latter's son, major sire Kingmambo. Mizzen Mast (Cozzene--Kinema, by Graustark) stands at Khalid Abdullah's Juddmonte Farms near Lexington.
