EquineCommerce.com Delays Start A Week

EquineCommerce.com, which had expected to start its bid/ask system of selling bloodstock today, instead hopes to launch on Dec. 8.
"We had hoped to start a month ago," company COO Charlie Boden said. "It's the typical start-up stuff."
The company, through as many as 50 license holders, will list and accept bids on horses of all ages. The company, conceived by Barry Weisbord, is modeled like a stock exchange.
