The simulcasting of Churchill Downs Simulcast Network signals from Calder Race Course, Churchill Downs, Hollywood Park and Hoosier Park has resumed at Lone Star Park after a five-day hiatus. A verbal agreement was reached between Lone Star Park and CDSN Wednesday morning, shortly after Lone Star withdrew from the Southern Racing Cooperative.

A formal contract was to be signed later Wednesday. Earlier on Wednesday, Lone Star Park and the Southern Racing Cooperative mutually agreed to end Lone Star Park's membership in the Southern Racing Cooperative, which has been denied CDSN signal's since last week.

Since Lone Star Park was no longer a member of the Southern Racing Cooperative, Lone Star Park officials negotiated an independent deal to resume the simulcasting of CDSN signals.

"Sometimes business decisions and negotiations can affect our customers," said Lone Star Park general manager Jeff Greco. "It's a shame, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that this conflict has caused our patrons. We appreciated their patience in this matter, and we're glad that CDSN signals are back up and running from them to enjoy."
