Three Chimneys Farm owner Robert N. Clay, syndicate manager of Miesque's Son, announced the sale of the 11-year-old son of Mr. Prospector to Societe d'Exploitation des Haras for stallion duty in France.

Produced from international champion Miesque (by Nureyev) and a full brother to prominent stallion Kingmambo, Miesque's Son entered stud at Three Chimneys near Midway, Ky., and shuttled several seasons to Australia. During his stallion career, he sired six stakes winners, including French group I winner Whipper and U.S. graded winner Miesque's Approval. As a racehorse, Miesque's Son was a French group winner and twice group I placed.

Miesque's Son stood the 2003 breeding season at Carl and Olivia Cannata's Lakeview Thoroughbred Farm in California
