Dual Breeders' Cup hero High Chaparral, runaway Lockinge Stakes winner Hawk Wing, and international sprinting sensation Choisir will be joined on the new Coolmore stallion roster by Catcher In The Rye, Spartacus, and Statue Of Liberty. Catcher In The Rye is a son of Danehill and looked a horse with a big future when a fast-finishing second to Clodovil in the French 2,000 Guineas, but suffered a career-ending injury in the race. His first four dams are all Group winners and he comes from the immediate family of Group 1 winner Cerulean Sky and recent Breeders' Cup runner-up L'Ancresse.

Spartacus, also by Danehill, is one of only three dual Group I-winning 2-year-olds by his sire, the others being Danehill Dancer and Rock Of Gibraltar. He shares the same broodmare sire as champion two-year-old Johannesburg.

Statue of Liberty is a son of Storm Cat and comes from the immediate family of A P Indy. Unbeaten as a 2-year-old, he won the Group III Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot, as did leading young sires Fasliyev and Royal Applause. As a 3-year-old this year he was runner-up, beaten a head, in the Group I Sussex Stakes.

Coolmore manager Christy Grassick commented, "There is real strength in depth in the new roster and it's probably the strongest team of new horses ever to retire to Coolmore. I think we've got a stallion to suit every breeder and the fees offer great value."
