Victory Gallop, who inched up to the runner-up spot on the freshmen sire list after his daughter Victory U. S. A. earned $110,000 for her third-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (gr. I), will have his fee doubled from $15,000 to $30,000 at Bill Casner and Kenny Troutt's WinStar Farm near Versailles, Ky.

Victory Gallop, a champion, millionaire, and classic winner, is represented by stakes winner Galloping Gal, plus other graded stakes-placed runners Victory Light, runner-up in the Summer Stakes (Can-IIT), and Notorious Rogue, third in Saratoga's Hopeful Stakes (gr. I). Galloping Gal won Keeneland's Jessamine County Stakes on grass and ran second in the Darley Alcibiades Stakes (gr. II) at the track. Victory U. S. A. also has placed in the Frizette (gr. I) and Del Mar Debutante (gr. I) Stakes.

Eight-year-old Victory Gallop (Cryptoclearance -- Victorious Lil, by Vice Regent) is represented by the earners of more than $725,000.
