Trainer D. Wayne Lukas said the two horses he saddled in the Preakness - Proud Citizen, who finished third, and Table Limit, who crossed the wire 11th- would likely run in the Belmont Stakes (gr. I) on June 8.
"Right now we're thinking of running both of them back," said Lukas. "We didn't find out anything about Table Limit. We know that Proud Citizen was probably good enough to win if he'd gotten the right trip - or at least make a race of it. So we'll go back with both of them, if everything goes the way we think it will, and try 'em again."
Proud Citizen and Table Limit are back in Lukas' barn at Churchill
Downs and both walked under the shedrow on Tuesday.
