Trainer Elie Lellouche has told a representative of the International Racing Bureau in France that the Wildenstein family's Bright Sky will run in the John Deere Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. IT) rather than the Filly & Mare Turf (gr. I). The decision has not been confirmed to the IRB by the filly's owner.
The 4-year-old daughter of Wolfhound -- Bright Moon (by Alysheba) was pre-entered in both races that will be run Saturday on the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships card at Santa Anita in southern California.
A champion in France last year, Bright Sky has won six of 15 career starts, including this year's Prix d'Astart (Fr-II).
