Malibu Moon's Kentucky Fee $10,000

Malibu Moon, who was moved from Maryland to stand at Dr. Tony Ryan's Castleton Lyons Farm near Lexington, will have a fee of $10,000, up considerably from his 2003 fee of $3,000. The 6-year-old son of A.P. Indy out of the Mr. Prospector mare Macoumba ranks sixth on the freshmen sire list by progeny earnings and is represented by stakes winners Missacity Luke and Perfect Moon, who is a two-time graded winner.
