Grade I winner and millionaire Wallenda has been sold and will stand in 2001 at Zenkichi Hashimoto's Toyosato Stallion Center in Japan. The 10-year-old stallion stood the past breeding season for a syndicate at Dixiana Farm near Lexington, where he covered 15 mares.

Wallenda (Gulch -- So Glad, by Liloy) won five stakes and earned $1,210,929. His added-money wins included scores in the Super Derby (gr. I) and Pennsylvania Derby (gr. II). Wallenda, who stood south of the equator several years, has sired three stakes winners.
