It didn't take long for trainer Jerry Robb to return to the Laurel Park winners' circle after serving a 45-day suspension. Robb saddled Tactical Side ($6.60) to victory for owner Michael Gill in Friday's opener.

Ironically it was Tactical Side that tested positive in New York for the painkiller Butorphanol that caused the suspension.

The win tied Robb with Ferris Allen for third place in the overall state standings with 48. Only Dale Capuano (78) and Scott Lake (57) have more first place finishes at Pimlico and Laurel this year.
