Fallon Handed 13-day Suspension

Jockey Kieren Fallon was handed a 13-day suspension at a Jockey Club disciplinary committee hearing, The Racing Post reported.
Fallon, who started the day 13 winners ahead of Richard Hughes in the standings, declined to comment as he left Portman Square for his booked rides at Salisbury.
He was also given a further four days which will be activated if he commits another offence within the next three months.
His punishment comes under the totting-up procedure after he was found guilty of irresponsible riding of a minor nature at Newmarket last month -- he had already accrued 16 days of suspensions in the past 12 months.
Among the races Fallon will miss because of his ban (which runs from Sept. 13-26) are the St Leger and the Ayr Gold Cup.
