Edmund Gann's Medaglia d'Oro, who hasn't started since his second-place finish in the Pacific Classic (gr. I), worked 7 furlongs in 1:25 at Hollywood Park Saturday, with jockey Jose Valdivia aboard.

The son of El Prado will be one of the favorites for the $4 million Breeders' Cup Classic – Powered by Dodge (gr. I).

"They said he went great," Frankel said from Keeneland, where he was to saddle Spoken Fur and Personal Legend in the Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup (gr. IT). "Jose has worked him several times and said this was the best he's ever worked."

Medaglia d'Oro worked in company with Harrisand, who broke off five lengths in front.

After the Queen Elizabeth, Frankel was scheduled to fly to Maryland, where he will wed Bonita Boniface on Sunday at her family's Bonita Farm.

Frankel said Gann's Peace Rules is still being pointed for the Breeders' Cup Mile (gr. IT), but will be cross-entered in the Classic.
