Fogelsonger Sidelined with Hand Injury

Agent Michelle Barsotti reported that jockey Ryan Fogelsonger will not ride Wednesday and Thursday after a horse he was working at Hollywood Park Tuesday flipped in the shed row, injuring Fogelsonger's left hand.
"We don't know if he'll ride on Friday yet," Barsotti said. "A doctor will look at the X-rays today, but the X-ray technician said nothing's broken in his hand. We believe he'll be fine for the weekend, for sure."
